Ok, so I’ve been gone for about a week.
The reason was, exactly as the title says. I was robbed on the street, at gunpoint no less.
The robber got everything, and in a fit of rage I punched and kicked everything in site.
Luckily, I didn’t break a single bone in my hand (surprisingly, I hit stuff [...]

Often people will post screenshots of websites using their Windows based PC’s, and the fonts simply look terrible. The edges are jagged and just look awful.
Windows has this nice feature called “font smoothing,” which will make all fonts rendered within Windows to appear clearer and look better overall.

Enabling it is [...]

Found this kinda of cool.
If you run Windows Vista and are tired of the bland boot screen do the following:
Start > Run > msconfig
Now, go to the Boot tab and Uncheck the No GUI boot box. Click OK and reboot your machine.
I haven’t tried it on XP or Windows 7 yet.

Almost like magic, a section called “SHARED” appeared. And in that section it said “Ryan’s Library.”
I opened it and there was my library! All 1,300+ of my songs [...]
